Brought in a laptop with a busted fan. Quickly diagnosed the problem on the spot.
Bought a replacement fan and they installed the new laptop fan free-of-charge, as well as done some maintenance, was able to take the repaired laptop back on the same day.

Came in with a laptop that had a swollen battery.
I'd bought a new battery but had utterly failed to get two of the more stubborn screws out of the laptop case, damaging them in the process.
They sorted it immediately while I watched - I obviously need to order my screwdrivers from the same place they do. Only charged me £10.
Cannot recommend enough, unbelievable service.

Very friendly, efficient and honest service here. I came in thinking I had a fan failure, however Daniel opened up my laptop on the spot, diagnosed and explained the problem, fixing it within minutes. Would absolutely recommend, and I plan to return here for components when my computer building project gets off the ground.

A big thank you to Daniel for quickly identifing a pin i damaged on motherboard on a fairly old pc. As these issues are not always repairable, Daniel offered to source and install an equal replacement motherboard at a good price. I was kept informed of the process throughout. He is very knowledgeable and explained everything very clearly and gave a lot of advice around my pc. Excellent service like this is valued highly and will always use again.

Good Company, They saved me a product due to Covid and personal reasons, they worked with me and been good with me. I certainly will be working with them and using them in the future if I ever need anything.

I don't know what the going rate is for repairs but seemed like good value. Only charged me for an hour labour and I suspect it probably took longer but he kept the rate low. I thought my laptop was ruined and it seemed like it wasn't going to pull through but Dr Alex brought it back to life! Great communication and expertise. Definitely recommend.
