The Challenge 

Located in Beeston, Garatie Properties handles real estate and property management. Recently, a new student property was built, and though it was complete with windows, walls, carpets, furniture, and appliances, it was missing something arguably even more essential. Something that no student could possibly live without WiFi. 

In the past, many students have complained of no internet or painfully slow connectivity. As former students ourselves, we know just how disruptive – and frustrating – this can be.  

The Solution 

Our task was to install a Wireless Network that could provide fast and reliable connectivity to the entire property. To that end, we installed a cloud-based wireless access point that was perfectly positioned to provide the best possible coverage.

This was also geared up to withstand even the heaviest of peak time pressures. Downloads, uploads, and anything else requiring a connection would go off without interruption – that’s one less stress for the student with a thousand deadlines.  

With the new WiFi network set-up, we would be providing ongoing IT management to ensure that everything continued running smoothly.  

The Result 

All students living in the property can now benefit from the speed and reliability of our newly installed network. With deadlines constantly looming, and with the modern-day demand for the transference of digital data, this gives the property’s students every chance of thriving in their chosen fields of study.
