The Challenge

Supporting a substantial number of patients on a national scale requires a great deal of administrative organisation. All patient information must be secured safely and securely, along with timesheets and various other forms of data.

Prior to our involvement, this was being attempted with little to no digital assistance. As you can imagine, the amount of paperwork was becoming overwhelming, and there was a lack of efficiency with regards to staff being able to access patient records.

This was also negatively impacting Bespoke’s scalability. Without the means to efficiently manage patient information and process timesheets, they weren’t in a great position to expand their services.

The Solution 

Our first priority was simple: implement a digital transformation project, converting patient timesheets to a digital SharePoint platform – which would also capture patient information and record it securely. 

This project involved the rollout of 80 Windows 10 tablets, complete with Microsoft Intune and other custom-developed applications, all of which would help to transform Bespoke’s methods of processing information. 

This rollout of course included our personal, fully managed IT support. We ensured that the implementation of the tablets went smoothly with thorough training and continued maintenance. In addition, we updated Bespoke’s IT systems with the latest version of Office 365, thus making significant improvements to communication, security, and data management.
