IT Engineer / Help Desk Engineer
£24,000 a year - Full-time, Permanent
Bubble IT are looking for an experienced IT Support Engineer / Help Desk Engineer to join our growing team. Bubble IT has been growing over the last 12-18 months and now is the perfect time to join our team.
ABOUT THE ROLE
This involves answering and logging IT support queries over the phone, managing our ticket system, providing first line fixes to problems like password resets, network issues and hardware faults.
You will be supported by a individuals who want to see you develop and succeed. We’re looking for people who enjoy taking responsibility of their own workload, the kind who thrive of delivering top notch customer service helping with all kinds of problems.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Supplying a high standard of customer service
- Owning, managing and resolving 2nd/3rd Line incidents, completing requests and change requests in line with our SLA’s
- Acting as a technical lead in a major incident or priority 1 situation
- Delivering against our KPI’s
- Effective prioritisation and workload management
- Identifying opportunities for improvement both technically and in processes
- Work in accordance with company values, policies, procedures and standards

Retail Assistant & Computer Repair Engineer
£22,000 a year - Full-time, Permanent
Experienced in the field and has worked in IT and computer hardware and software repair
Key Areas of Responsibility:
- Good retail computing hardware and software knowledge
- Custom Built Gaming Knowledge & Experience
- Good knowledge of electronics
- Repairing faulty products such as Mac and PC and where necessary installing replacement parts
- Cleaning and repair of faulty equipment for repair and redistribution to sites.
- Ensuring that repairs meet quality standards.
- Ensuring high levels of attendance and good timekeeping at all times.
- Adherence to company procedures, including ensuring that Health and Safety policies and procedures are followed at all times.
- Proven experience of technical aptitude, and previous experience of working in a technical environment.
- commercial experience of working in either a technical or customer service related environment.
